Vertical diagonal pump 96DV(DPV)-4,5/23(K)

The pumps are designed for pumping water with total mineralisation (dry residue) not more than 1,5g/l, with temperature from 274 to 308K (from 1 to 35 deg C), with chloride ions content not more than 200mg/l, sulphates - not more than 600mg/l, hydrogen pH from 6.5 to 9.5 with mass concentration of suspended particles not more than 3 g/l (0.3%), size up to 0.1 mm, of which abrasive particles not more than 2%, microhardness not more than 10000 MPa.The connection between pump and motor shafts is rigid flanged.The load from the hydraulic axial force and the weight of the pump rotor is absorbed by the fifth electric motor.The main parts and assembly units of the pump are: casing parts, impeller, guide bearings, shaft, spacer shaft and vane turning drive (manual, electromechanical or hydraulic drive).The design of the casing parts allows to dismantle the impeller without disturbing the alignment of the whole pump assembly with the electric motor.The pumps allow to provide higher heads than axial pumps.
