Vertical axial pump 300VO-3925,6C

The unit consists of an axial pump and a vertical synchronous electric motor of alternating three-phase current, frequency 50 Hz, power 12500 kW, rated voltage 10000V, speed 250 rpm. EFFICIENCY 87%. The connection of pump and motor shafts is rigid flange connection.

The main units and parts of the pump are: casing parts, vane impeller, shaft, guide bearings, shaft seal. The pump is manufactured in a version not intended for use in explosion- and fire-hazardous industries. The sliding guide bearings of the pump must be designed for water lubrication and have removable inserts.

The pump shall be designed for connection of instrumentation. Axial load from rotor weight and water pressure shall be absorbed by the heel of the motor. The motor shall be ventilated in a closed cycle.

Air cooling should be carried out by water air coolers.
