Vertical axial pump OPV2-145E

Designed for pumping fresh water with temperature not more than 35°C, maximum mass concentration of solid particles 0,3%, maximum size of solid particles 0,1 mm, maximum content of abrasive particles 0,006%. EFFICIENCY 86%. Pumps are rotary vane pumps (with change of vane angle).

The pump is driven by an electric motor. The connection of pump and motor shafts is rigid flanged. Main parts and assemblies of the pump: casing parts, impeller, shaft, guide bearings, electromechanical drive for turning the vanes.

The casing parts form the flow part of the pump. No force transmission from the discharge pipe to the pump is permitted. The impeller is designed as a rotary vane impeller.

The pump shaft rotates in two plain bearings. The bearings are sealed with rubber. The direction of rotation of the rotor is anti-clockwise.

The design of the impeller chamber allows inspection and repair of the impeller without dismantling the entire pump.
