Precision Lathe Machine 16K40 for Efficient Turning Operations

Model 16K40 turning and screw-cutting machine produced by LLC "RYAZANSKY STANKOSTROITEL" (Ryazan, Russia) is designed for turning parts with straight, stepped profiles, as well as for threading. High rigidity, hardened guides and gears guarantee long-lasting accuracy and allows to fully use the capabilities of high-speed and carbide tools when machining both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The direct coolant supply to the tool allows machining at high cutting conditions. The machine is equipped with a 4-position toolholder with vertical axis of rotation and manual change of tool positions. The accuracy class of the machine is P according to GOST 8-82. Type of climatic execution UHL4 according to GOST 15150-69.
