Automated Control and Testing Complex KPK-4M for Aircraft Instrumentation

Control and testing complex KPC-4M is an automated system of control and measurement of electrical parameters of on-board instrumentation of aircraft. KPK-4M performs testing of AP-34B series 2 autopilots installed on board Mi-8, 8MT, 8MTV, 8AMT and their modifications helicopters. KPC-4M technical means operate under the control of software built into the KPC-4M control unit as well as system and application software installed on an industrial computer (PC). The user interface allows: to enter passport data of the equipment under test; to manage the test process; to save the test results in the database. Hardware part of KPC-4M performs measurement of electrical parameters and formation of control actions. Implementation of user interface and use of PC allows: to increase labour productivity, to reduce the influence of human factor.
