Automated Control and Testing Complex KPK-6 for Aircraft Instrument Systems

Checking and testing complex KPK-6 is an automated system of control and measurement of electrical parameters of on-board instrumentation of aircraft. KPK-6 checks IV-500, IV-79, 2IA-6, 2IA-7, SSP-FK, SSP-2A, TST-282C, TST-280, BUR-1-2, UsS-16, UsS-51, M11A, RT-12-6, URT-27, TER-1M, PTS-800BM, SAS-4, BR-40, BLPK1, BUTK-1, BSU-1, MU 615A, MU-616, MP-95, ADIS-2, ADP-4, MSL-3, UP-2-2, UEP-1, ShchR-4, ITV-4, PU-26-1, PO-15, 1186B, UKR-4, ZBN-1-3, TBN-K-4, KBN-1-1. KPC-6 technical means function under the control of system and application software installed on the PC. The user interface allows: to enter passport data of the tested equipment; to manage the test process; to save the test results in the database. The hardware part of PDA-6 measures electrical parameters and generates control actions. Application of PDA-6 during inspections allows to increase the degree of automation and reduce the influence of human factor.
