Vertical CNC Milling Machine FS-1000 for Precision Machining and Automation

Vertical CNC milling machine FS-1000 is a modern high-tech equipment. The machine operates on the basis of CNC Delta Electronics NC300B-MI-AE with built-in operator's console and 8 inch screen. The machine bed is made of Syntegran, produced by mineral casting method, which allows to better absorb and reduce vibrations caused by the contact of the cutting tool with the material, thus allowing to achieve high accuracy of processing. The equipment uses a high-performance spindle with power from 5 to 36kW (optional) and speeds up to 18,000 (optional) rpm, which determines the efficiency of the machining process. The spacious table surface of 1000x500 mm allows to work with large workpieces or to perform operations on several elements at the same time, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of the device. The tool magazine can accommodate 24 tools.
