SK6P Portal-Type Machining Center for 5-Axis Processing of Hard Materials

Centre milling machining gantry-type model SK6P and its modifications, designed for simultaneous five-axis machining of parts from hardened steels, titanium alloys and non-metals with roughness of machined surfaces up to Ra1.60. The centre is equipped with a contour-position five-axis CNC system and performs the following types of work: machining of external and internal surfaces with rectilinear and curvilinear formations, surface milling, drilling, countersinking, reaming, thread cutting with taps and cutters in holes coaxial to the spindle axis of rotation. The centre is equipped with two-axis fork-type milling head and magazines for automatic tool change, as well as cabinet fencing of the cutting zone, tool cooling system, chip removal system from the cutting zone. At the customer's request, the centre can be additionally equipped with the following tool heads and units: universal milling head with the possibility of angular positioning.
