VDP-Type Tanks for Heating, Pasteurizing, and Cooling Milk and Dairy Products

Reservoirs (tanks or baths) of VDP types are designed for heating, pasteurisation and cooling of milk, sour-milk drinks and other milk mixtures, normalisation and preparation of leaven. The VDP consists of an inner casing made of stainless steel, enclosed in a double-walled outer casing. The product is heated by means of steam supply into a jacket pre-filled with water.

The water level is fixed and is determined by the height of the overflow pipe. The product is cooled by supplying ice water into the jacket or into an optional coil welded to the inner vessel. The coil is mounted on part of the vessels and can be customised.

Effective mixing during heat treatment is ensured by a stirrer. Geometric capacity - up to 1.2 m3 Working capacity - up to 1 m3 Service life-7 years. Warranty period-12 months from the date of launch, but not more than 18 months from the date of delivery of the equipment.
