Description
The drum-type whey separator is an apparatus designed to reduce the degree of moisture of curd and its partial pressing. Equipment One whey separator consists of: Drum - serves to remove excess whey from the curd being made; A container for collecting the liquid; Filtration device; Control panel; Frame, with the possibility of changing the degree of inclination of the drum. Construction The whey separator is presented as a closed modular construction, equipped with an automation system of the production process. This is a fully complete equipment - the device can act as an independent unit in the production lines of traditional cottage cheese.
