Universal Optical Communication Cable GERDA-KOU-Tre for Reliable Signal Transmission

Optical communication cable is designed for transmission of digital communication signals, used for suspension on the supports of communication lines, railway contact network, overhead power lines at points with maximum electric field potential up to 12 kV, laid on bridges and overpasses. The cable has a modular optical core consisting of a central power element around which optical modules and other elements (if necessary) are twisted, the total number of optical fibres in the cable is up to 144 pieces. The intramodule space is filled with hydrophobic filler along the entire length of the cable. The cable contains an external power element in the form of a steel cable. The outer sheath is made of polymeric materials
