Optical Communication Cable OKLK for Diverse Applications in Infrastructure

For laying in cable ducts, soils of all groups, pipes, blocks, collectors, shafts and tunnels, through water barriers, on bridges and overpasses, as well as for entry into buildings and structures. The cable has an optical core of modular design. Intramodular and intermodular space is filled with hydrophobic compound or dry water blocking elements along the entire length of the cable.

For additional protection against moisture it is allowed to use polymer-coated aluminium tape with water blocking elements under it. The cable contains armour made of galvanic coated steel wires and water blocking elements of armour cavities with or without inner polyethylene sheath. It is allowed to apply an additional layer of armour with or without inner polyethylene sheath.

The outer sheath of the cable is made of light-stabilised polyethylene.
