Description
Machine sheet bending three-roll model IB2216V is designed for bending cylindrical blanks from sheet material with yield strength t = 250MPa in cold condition in the billet shops of enterprises of metal structures, machine-building enterprises, repair plants. The main elements of the machine are three rolls, the upper one is stationary, two side rolls, which rotate in forward and reverse direction. In the presence of the appropriate fixture on the machine it is possible to bend conical shaped shells from sheet material. Technological capabilities of the machine can be increased with additional tools that allow bending angles, strips, squares, pipes, channels.
