Automatic Cold Profiling Line for Efficient Steel Profile Production - LA 236

Automatic cold profiling line for the production of steel bent sections from coiled steel by step-by-step profiling in automatic mode and refers to metal forming equipment. The roll of metal strip is fed to the drum of the uncoiler, then the strip is wound between the first rollers of the stand of instrumental adjustment of the profiled bending mill in which it carries out successive continuous deformation of metal to obtain a profile of a given shape. Then the profile is cut to size without stopping the line and the finished part goes to the automatic stacker conveyor, on which the profile is formed into stacks and fed to the roller conveyor drive two-section. The advantage is the replacement of labour-consuming manual technological operations at the preparatory areas by automatic high-speed mode of manufacturing and removal of finished products from the receiving device, inserting the profile into each other, stacking in stacks with further strapping in a strepping machine.
