Self-Propelled Drilling Rig BS-215 for Mineral Extraction

Drilling machine BS-215 is designed for drilling operations in open pit mining. The drilling machine can be operated in the ambient temperature range from -40C to +50C.BS-215 is an autonomous tracked machine with a working body in the form of a mast and diesel drive pumping station and compressor. The machine is equipped with a set of mast fixation for drilling at an angle and is capable of drilling at an angle of up to 30 with a pitch of 5.

The undercarriage of the machine is a crawler with a separate hydraulic drive for each crawler and provides the machine with high manoeuvrability.The machine is equipped with a system of well blowing with compressed air, as well as a dry type dust collection system.The drive of all machine units is hydraulic, electro-hydraulic control by means of controllers, which allows smooth control and monitoring the position of the units by means of sensors. The control is performed from the console chair in the driver's cabin.
