Advanced Drilling Rig Echelon for Mud Control

The drilling rig echelon is designed for cleaning, storage and delivery of drilling mud to the derrick and winch unit. The basic version of the echelon consists of a cleaning unit (4 degrees of cleaning), a block of tanks and drilling mud preparation with a total volume of 225m³, and a pumping unit with two drilling pumps. Flexible modification of the echelon configuration is possible at the customer's request. Power supply is provided from 6kv network, drives of the main mechanisms are frequency-controlled.
