Security detector Relief

The detectors are used to protect the perimeters of objects with a complex configuration, as well as a second line of defence or in the absence of an exclusion zone.

Operation principle: detectors form a volumetric detection zone between two parallel wires of the "canopy" or "ground" type, an alarm is signalled when a person enters it. The wires are fixed on dielectric consoles along the protected boundary.

Features

The detection zone follows the terrain and curves of the perimeter exactly. In case of a large number of perimeter bends, the detectors are more cost-effective than radio wave or infrared detectors. The detectors are often used to organise a second security perimeter at facilities with high security requirements, such as prisons, chemical plants, nuclear power plants, military and explosion-proof facilities.
