Passive Vibration Detection Device "MURENA-02" for Enhanced Security Applications

Vibration detection device "MURENA-02" is a passive vibration detection device. The product has four inputs for connection of vibration sensitive element (VSE) or seismic sensitive element (SSE) and is designed to detect overcoming (low-frequency impact) or destruction (high-frequency impact) of engineering barriers made of welded metal panels up to 3 metres high, as well as the detection of digging under the barrier by recording ground vibrations. The product provides detection of rupture and short circuit of the sensitive element (SE).

Each of the four channels of the product can have the function of a VSE or SSE input. The product works with cable sensing elements made on the basis of triboelectric cable. Up to four PEs with lengths of 125 or 250 m can be included in the delivery set.

The maximum length of the blocked boundary is 500 m (two flanks of 250 m each).
