Description

The module is designed to implement the function of additional serial port of EIA/TIA RS-485 interface, which can be used: - for software implementation of Modbus RTU server or client, - as an additional serial port for software implementation of user exchange protocols using the corresponding function of FastwelSysLibCom.lib system library, - as a serial port for DNP3-L2 Outstation protocol service in CPM712 and CPM713. The NIM741 can be used as both an RS-485 network termination and intermediate node.
