CPC109 Real-Time Control Module for Efficient Production Management

The CPC109 controller module is a highly integrated x86-based MicroPC solution for use in real-time control systems, production control, data acquisition and processing. The module can operate in stand-alone or slave mode. Connection of basic input-output means (VGA, LCD cards, matrix and AT-keyboards, printers, FDD, USB) allows to use the controller module in systems with operator participation.

For data storage can be used both built-in storage and external USB and IDE devices. The module can solve most I/O tasks for both discrete and analogue signals. In addition, the module allows for quick replacement of the operating software of the embedded FPGA (FPGA), which provides additional opportunities to adapt the module to specific tasks.

In addition to the standard MicroPC expansion bus (ISA 8-bit), the module provides a PC/104 bus (ISA 8/16-bit).
