Dual Column CNC Lathe Machine Model 1M532F4 for Efficient Metal Processing

Machine lathe-carousel two-stand CNC model 1M532F4 (CNC) and its modifications is designed for roughing and finishing machining of parts made of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The machine, equipped with contour-position CNC system, is used for machining internal, external and end faces of rotation of simple and complex shapes, as well as threading or screw grooving on surfaces coaxial to the axis of rotation of the faceplate. The machine can be equipped with one or two turning slides. At the same time, one or both slides can be equipped with an integrated milling and boring spindle, which allows the machine to additionally carry out milling of complex and simple surfaces, as well as drilling, boring, countersinking, reaming and tapping in holes coaxial to the axis of rotation of the milling and boring spindle of the lathe-milling slide.
