Three-Roll Bending Machine IB 2224 for Bending Cylindrical and Conical Shells

The machine is designed for bending of cylindrical and conical shells from sheet material in cold standing up to 25mm thick and up to 2000mm wide with yield strength t=250 MPa (25 kgf/mm.sq.). The machines are allowed to bend tapered blanks from sheet material if they are equipped with the appropriate fixture. The dimensions of conical blanks are regulated by the technical documentation on the machine. In order to expand the technological capabilities of the machine can be equipped with tools for bending angles, strips, squares, pipes, channels.
