Vibratory Pneumatic Sorting Table VPS-2.5 for Seed Density Sorting

Purpose: designed for sorting by density seeds of cereals, legumes and oilseeds, as well as for separation of seeds of other crops and difficult to separate impurities, which have the same numerical characteristics of size and aerodynamic properties. Design features: VPS-2,5, capacity up to 2,5 tonnes/h. It consists of one perforated deck on which the material from the hopper is dosed. Air is injected under the deck, by means of which the material is brought into a fluidised state. As a result, the product is separated into three fractions: light waste; intermediate fraction; heavy seeds. Advantages: small (the highest specific load on the deck among analogues); light (mobile) easy to move around the warehouse; removable hopper-feeder with doser and level sensor; only longitudinal tilt angle; does not require a foundation.
