Vertical Milling Machine MM800 for High-Speed Precision Processing

Vertical machining centres mod. MM800 are designed for high-speed machining of parts with high precision. -The bed is cast from cast iron grade CH25, with high rigidity and vibration resistance.

-High-class linear guides allow the spindle headstock and table to move at a speed of up to 30 m/min. -The machine is equipped with a belt-driven spindle with a speed of up to 10,000 rpm, ISO40 taper. The motor power can be increased compared to the basic one.

-The maximum speed can also be increased up to 12,000 rpm if required. A different spindle design is used - direct connection to the motor, no adapter elements. -The high torque servo motors are directly connected to the ball screw gears in all axes.

-Ball screws are double preloaded and supported on both sides by angular contact precision bearings.
