Vertical Grain Elevator NPZ for Efficient Transport of Grains and Pellets

Purpose: Grain elevators are used for vertical conveying of grain, pellets and floury products at flour and fodder mills, elevators, drying and cleaning towers, pelleting lines, bread receiving stations. Design features: The refinery is a continuous transport machine with a flexible working body in the form of a belt with buckets.

It consists of: head, shoe, drive, technological section, intermediate sections, belt with buckets, service platform and lifting ladder. Capacity from 5 to 100 tonnes/hour. Height from 2.5 to 30 metres.

Can be completed with elevator tower. Advantages: metal thickness is not less than 2mm, which increases the service life. The elevators are slow-moving, which reduces traumatism of grain.

Complete with a brake pulley backstroke and explosion valve.
