Vertical Balancing Machine V 150 for Accurate Testing and Measurement

The vertical balancing machines of "B" series belong to the class of testing equipment, as well as to systems and technical devices with measuring functions. The main purpose of the machines is to perform high-precision balancing of flat rotors by determining the imbalance of the tested working or control rotor and calculating the values of corrective masses necessary for their balancing. To perform the balancing, the machines create a normalised effect on the rotor by setting the required value of its rotational speed. Due to the inherent unbalance of the rotor (residual unbalance of the rotor being balanced), vibration is generated during its rotation and transmitted to the machine cradle. Parameters of the arising vibration are controlled by the measuring system of the machine on the basis of the vibration measuring device SAPFIR-3 or the measuring complex SAPFIR.
