Vertical Axial Pump Unit TVO for Efficient Liquid Transport

TVO pumps are the result of modernisation of OPV type pumps. The purpose of modernisation is to replace obsolete units with modern high-tech components, which allows to increase the service life of the pump unit, reduce maintenance and repair costs. Both synchronous and asynchronous electric motors can be used as a drive, which takes the axial hydraulic load from the weight of the pump rotor. In the upper part of the pump there is a thrust-radial bearing unit, in which a roller thrust-radial rolling bearing is installed, which accepts both axial and radial loads. The bearing is lubricated with liquid lubricant (oil bath). Pump TVO:T - heavy; V - vertical; O - axial.
