Vacuum Shaft Resistance Electric Furnace SShVE-1.2,5/25 for High-Performance Heating

The electric furnace of vacuum shaft type with vertically located stainless steel body includes the following main units:
- heating chamber, which contains a heating unit with screen heat insulation and tungsten heaters;
- control cabinet with a microprocessor-based heating control system based on a programmable logic controller with a 10-inch touch panel and a four-channel device "Thermodat-19E4", which allows to control heating both in automatic and manual mode;
- vacuum system with vapour-oil and mechanical pump, vacuum valves and shutter;
- water cooling system with manifold, distributor and imported flow sensors of high reliability;
- thyristor regulator;
- furnace transformer;
- wiring and cabling;
- system of gas mixture supply to the working chamber with automatic gas flow regulation.
