Heaters: Heaters are designed for primary heating of milk entering the vacuum evaporator unit VIGAND. All elements of the heaters design in contact with the product are made of stainless steel grade AIS1 304. Surface heating area -10,2m2.

Milk supply to the preheater A -50mm. Condensate-air outlet from the preheater D-40 mm Steam supply to preheater B - 89 mm. Heaters have thermal insulation (mineral wool) and lining made of stainless steel AIS1 430.
