Complete semi-automatic machine of inverter type Ural Impulse 500 is designed to power one station for mechanised welding with a fusion electrode in shielding gas (solid or flux-cored wire) or manual arc welding. The semi-automatic machine has a function of synergetic setting of modes. The welder selects on the control panel of the semiautomatic machine: name of the metal to be welded, name of the shielding gas, diameter and type of wire, thickness of the metal to be welded.

After that, the microprocessor control unit adjusts the welding parameters, the magnitude and shape of the welding current and the speed of the welding wire feed in order to ensure a quality weld at different welding processes.
