The wall chess board is a prefabricated structure consisting of an elastic base and a top cushioning layer. The elastic base is made of 9mm thick birch moisture-resistant plywood panels of high grades with a thickness of 1250x2500mm. (the size can be as standard - 14x14 m, or by individual order).

The boards of the lower layer are rigidly fixed with cone springs 130mm high, wire thickness 7mm, which provide the necessary elastic properties of the flooring. The springs rest on the floor through rubber anti-slip heels. The base of the flooring is covered with a shock-absorbing covering consisting of a blue-coloured carpet duplicated with 35 mm thick polyethylene foam.

(The covering consists of three laminated layers of polyethylene foam. The carpet is laminated on top. The top PPE layer has a density of 70 kg/m3, the middle and bottom PPE layers have a density of 30 kg/m3.
