The specialised display device provides control of the personal electronic computer, as well as:- identification (registration) and authentication (authorisation) of the user;- delimitation of powers and access of the user to the service information (content);- fixation of attempts of unauthorised access to the service information (content);- automatic blocking of access to the service information (content) in case of appearance of the user not registered at the workplace
