Solution Preparation Complex based on UVRM-C-U Installation for Industrial Use

The complex is designed for preparation of solutions of a given concentration in galvanic shops and other production processes of different industries. It provides automated opening of metal drums, washing out of them reagents, preparation of a solution of a given concentration of up to 1 m.cube, preparation of a solution for neutralisation of melted drums, their neutralisation and rinsing with water. Composition of the complex: <ul> <li>- unit UVRM-S-U1;</li> <li>mortar tank with paddle stirrer and liquid level signalling devices;</li> <li>neutralisation tank with paddle stirrer and liquid level indicators;</li> <li>pump for recirculation of the reagent solution;</li> <li>pump for recirculation of neutralisation solution;</li> <li>pipework including electrically operated valves and gates;</li> <li>remote control with operator touch panel (optional).</li> </ul>
