Explosion-proof modules of ShchOV-B type are designed for distribution of alternating current with voltage 400V, frequency 50, 60Hz and direct current with voltage 230V in stationary lighting networks and their protection in hazardous areas of enterprises of chemical, oil refining, gas and other industries, in which under the conditions of operation is possible formation of explosive mixtures of gases and vapours with air, referred to categories IIA, IIB and groups T1....T4.The products are made on a modular basis and represent a set construction, assembled from basic modules in various combinations for the number of outgoing lines 3, 6, 9 and 12.The basic modules are: connection module, disconnector module, line module with three single-pole circuit breakers. In the line modules and disconnector module are installed light indicators IS-K2-230 (colour red), which signalise the switched state of circuit breakers.
