The device is a modified SIP phone in order to fulfil the "Information security requirements for terminal subscriber devices of the open wire telephone communication systems placed in the allocated premises of the objects of state bodies in the territory of the Russian Federation. Conformity of the STB 253 Device to the information security requirements is confirmed by the Certificate of the Federal Security Service of Russia No. SF/SZI-0678 dated 12 December 2023, valid on 12 December 2028.
