Rust Removal Machine for Round Pipes SG2B-90 - Efficient Surface Cleaning

The SG2B-90 machine is designed to remove rust and scale from the outer surface of round pipes with diameter from 10 to 110 mm. The surface of pipes is cleaned with metal cord brushes. A set of 5 brushes provides a machining shaft width of 100 mm.

The maximum length of the workpiece is 6 metres. Maximum weight - 65 kg. Permissible deflection of the workpiece is 5 mm.

Depending on the selected technology, the machine provides cleaning degree SA-2 or SA-2-1/2 according to GOST 9.402-80 (ISO 8501-1). The number of passes may vary depending on the initial contamination of the workpiece and the desired result. The machine bed is made of 10 mm thick sheet steel, the cladding is made of 3 and 1.5 mm sheet steel, which ensures reliability and stability of the machine during operation.

A powerful electric motor of 3 kW is installed on the machine. It is possible to connect an aspiration unit - the diameter of the branch pipe is 120 mm. The recommended capacity of the aspiration unit is 1600 m3/h.
