Reverse Hyperextension Machine for Effective Back and Glute Training

Trainer reverse hyperextension allows you to effectively work out the muscles of the back, buttocks and posterior surface of the thigh. It has a movable arm with rollers to fix the legs and support surface with adjustable angle of inclination (positive/negative angle relative to the horizontal). The technique of performing exercises on the reverse hyperextension is simple: the user fixes the feet with movable rollers and performs leg raises with a large amplitude, bringing the legs under the support surface, thus stretching the lower back.

The negative angle of inclination allows increasing the amplitude of movement, and thus stretching the lower back. Thus, reverse hyperextension helps in rehabilitation after spinal injuries by stretching the lower back. Pain sensations are reduced and mobility is restored.The supporting structure is made of 60x80 mm profile, wall thickness 2 mm.
