Resolute Base 200*080 h-20 with Legs h=150 for Comfortable Motel Installations

The base is a plywood construction. The burlap goes on the top plate by 7-8 cm. The upper plate is made of stretchbond and the lower plate is made of 80 g/m2 spunbond.

The frame is made of moisture-resistant plywood, for strength inside there are stiffening ribs and stop bars for installation of supports, handles and hooks. The construction uses 12 mm and 6 mm thick plywood and 4 mm thick plywood for the top plate. The corners are lined with structural cardboard.

Supports, handles and hooks can be fixed with self-tapping screws in the marked places on the fabric. Bases up to 1000 mm inclusive (width) can be connected by means of hooks (clippers) installed from below. The base is fitted with legs, with wheels for moving at the headboard.

The base is covered with synthetic jacquard of 150 g/m2 density with fireproof treatment, withstanding the cigarette test, quilted on 100 g/m2 syntepon. 2 plastic corners are installed at the outer corners.
