Rectification Laboratory Setup with Cooling System for Educational Purposes

Study of rectification process on a batch cap column with the possibility of sampling from each plate (10 pieces) and autonomous cooling system. List of works to be carried out on the training bench:
- Study of simple distillation process at atmospheric pressure.
- Studying the process of rectification of ethyl alcohol on a batch plant
- Familiarisation with the construction of a rectification column
- Determination of phlegm number
- Determination of the heat balance of the deflegmator
- Determination of the amount of heat removed during condensation of alcohol vapours
- Study of the rectification of a multi-component mixture
- Taking and analysing samples from each stage
