The M1064 Raman microscope combines the capabilities of the Rapid Raman Portable R1064 analyser and microscope, adapting it for both transmission and reflection measurements. The broad functionality of the M1064 microscope allows to find and analyse single particles of 2-3 µm in size among many similar particles with similar physical and chemical properties, which opens up new research possibilities within a single Raman system. The spatial resolution of 1 µm and spectral resolution of 10 - 12 cm-1 provide brilliant measurement accuracy and reproducibility.
