Description

ProTone P701 is a three-way tri-amp line array element designed to form touring and installation sound systems of medium format. It can be used as down fill, front fill, together with ProTone S and ProTone T35 systems. It is a powerful and efficient loudspeaker with a wide frequency range, low distortion and clearly controlled directivity.

The minimum recommended number of P701s in a cluster is 3. To create a complete sound system it is recommended to use them together with ProTone P718S subwoofers. The 15mm plywood enclosure has a built-in rigging system that allows the array to be stacked or suspended on winches with 18 speakers each.

The speakers are protected by a durable powder-coated perforated steel mesh. Weather protection is provided by acoustically transparent polymer foam.
