ProTEC-H Stationary Well Interior Cable for Efficient Power Supply and Signal Transmission

Purpose: stationary downhole cable, supplying power to downhole monitoring and control systems, signal transmission in submersible telemetry systems, distributed parameter monitoring (DTS, DAS), continuous monitoring of events in the well. The cable contains a central optical module (steel sealed tube with optical fibres, filled with gel), on top of which a multiwire tinned conductor core (TCR) insulated with fluoropolymer is superimposed. A buffer layer is placed on top of the insulation of the conductor core. A protective steel hermetic tube is placed on top of the buffer layer. A blue coloured polymer sheath is applied over the tube.
