Description
The press trolley is designed for mechanical compression of curd clot to remove excess moisture. In this way it is possible to achieve the optimum moisture content in curd, which corresponds to the State Standard. The technological process of moisture removal from curd by means of the trolley is as follows: The curd clot with residual moisture is filled into bags, which are placed on the lattice surface of the curd trolley.
A pressing plate is placed on top of them. The employee twists the frame gate and the required pressure is applied to the bags. The whey drains off under the action of the tightly pressed plate.
The moisture level is reduced. The values set by GOST are achieved.
