Polystyrene Foam Production and Processing Line Model "Penoceh-2000" for Insulation Manufacturing

The polystyrene foam production line is designed for production of polystyrene thermal insulation boards according to GOST 15588-2014 from polystyrene foam PSV and international designation EPS. The resulting boards are intended for thermal insulation of building envelope structures and industrial equipment at the temperature of insulated surfaces minus 100 C to plus 80 ºC. Polystyrene foam slabs are produced by periodically pouring foamed granules into the mould chamber until they are completely filled. Then saturated steam under pressure is fed into the mould, which leads to further increase of granules volume and polystyrene block forming. The blocks are subsequently cut under the action of a rheostat wire heated to a certain temperature into plates of appropriate dimensions.
