Pipeline Shutoff Equipment Complex GAKS-STOPEL for Safe Pipeline Maintenance

The complex of equipment for shutting off pipelines is designed to perform works on non-flammable tapping into the pipeline under pressure, shutting off the pipeline section for repair works with preservation of tightness. The composition of the equipment included in the pipeline shut-off complex is shown in the table below. Operation of the equipment is described in the relevant operational documentation for a particular type of equipment. The principle of operation of the equipment complex is based on the alternate installation of the equipment included in the complex on the welded branch pipe through a full-bore wedge gate valve (ball valve), flameless tapping into the pipeline under pressure, shutting off the pipeline section for repair work with preservation of tightness. The complex may include additional equipment at the customer's request. The final composition of the complex, as well as the size of components, the volume of consumables is determined when ordering.
