Passage Detector for Cleaning Device DPS-7V for Effective Monitoring

Signalling device of passage of cleaning device "DPS-7V", is designed to establish the fact of passage of in-pipe object (cleaning device, separator, defectoscope projectile) of the reference point on the gas and oil pipeline.


The operating principle of the signalling device is based on synchronous reception and registration of continuous ultrasonic noise and instantaneous fluctuations of the magnetic field, simultaneously arising during the movement of an intra-pipe object (IPO) along the pipeline at the place of its passage. At the moment of WTO passage of the place of installation of the signalling device sensor, the latter forms a corresponding signal in the line connecting the sensor with the power supply and registration unit, and the power supply and registration unit forms a signal in the ACS line, fixing the fact of WTO passage.
