Paddle Dust Feeder for Coal - Model PPL for Efficient Coal Supply

Dust feeders vane stationary coal are designed for uniform supply of coal dust from the intermediate hopper to the boiler burners of coal-fired power plants. Dust feeder design provides uniform dust feeding in the whole range of capacity control by changing the drive speed. PPL feeder consists of the following main units: receiving hopper with a gate, doser, safety clutch, worm gearbox, connecting clutch and electric motor. Coal dust from the dust hopper enters the receiving hopper of the feeder PPL and through the holes in the cover of the doser passes into the cells of the feeder wheel of the doser, which when rotating feeds coal dust into the cells of the measuring wheel of the doser, from where the dust comes out into the dust outlet and further enters the dust pipeline leading to the burners of the boiler unit.
