Optical Communication Cable KOS-OKG-TS for Reliable Telecommunications

The optical communication cable KOS-OKG-TS is intended for application on the unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation. Backbone armoured single-module cable with peripheral power elements is used for laying in cable ducts, collectors and tunnels, pipes, blocks, mines, on bridges and overpasses, at the risk of rodent damage, between buildings and structures. The optical module with fibre produced in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union member states is protected by an armoured cover made of corrugated steel tape. The power element is represented in the form of steel wires. The outer sheath is made of UV-resistant polyethylene.
