OA-2800 Optical Analyzer for Advanced Material Inspection and Analysis

The optical analyser consists of a discharge conveyor, a separation cabin and an analyser frame with a scanner unit and a control unit mounted on it. The source material is uniformly fed onto the belt of the accelerating conveyor, where it is scanned by the scanner unit. Scanning is performed linearly across the entire width of the conveyor belt.

If the scanner unit detects material to be sorted, the control unit commands the corresponding valves of the valve block in the separation cabin to blow out. The sorted material is air lifted over the separation roller inside the separation booth. The residue falls onto the lower conveyor belt or into a hopper.

The OA Optical Analyser offers high performance and ease of maintenance. In addition, the OA allows to achieve purity of the sorted product up to 99%.
