Norvision Smart Controller 2A for Accurate Time Measurement and Synchronization

The Norvision Smart Controller 2A is designed for measuring time intervals and synchronising its own time scale with respect to the national UTC(SU) time scale, generating control signals on discrete outputs, as well as collecting, processing, storing and transmitting data between electricity metering devices, electro-mechanical actuators and information systems.The principle of operation of the controller is based on processing, storing and time accounting of data received from electricity metering devices, as well as subsequent data transmission between electric power meters and information systems.
